FBLA-PBL’s national conferences help students prepare for careers in business by focusing on academic competitions and leadership development. FBLA-PBL conferences are a great place to network, develop your leadership skills, and visit exhibitors and vendors.
CTSO Fall Leadership Conference
Students and advisers participate in fun and inspirational general sessions, leadership development, and state-wide organizational meetings. Fall Leadership provides an opportunity for students to learn what Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) is about., what it takes to be a member, and experience networking and traveling opportunities with students across the state of West Virginia. Students are not required to be registered members prior to attending Fall Leadership. Check back often for more information on this year’s Fall Leadership Conference!

WV FBLA Adviser Information
Students spend the school year finding an event that best fits their interests, skills, and knowledge to prepare for and compete at the State Leadership Conference. Most events can be worked on throughout the school year, so determining their event early is the key to success. FBLA members attend State Leadership Conference to compete in over 75+ leadership events and be contributors to their future by attending workshops and exhibits. This is a two-day experience held in the spring. Check back often for more information about this year’s State Leadership Conference.
